Room Damage

-
Remember to write down your Work Request # to follow up on the status or your work order.
-
Enter a separate work order for each problem you are experiencing. This will help to get the correct maintenance person assigned to resolve your problem.
-
Do not request duplicate work orders for the same issue because that will not speed the repair process in any way.
-
Work Requests are usually addressed within 2 weeks time. However, if you receive no response after 2 weeks time, contact the Quad Office for more information.
