         If you are having heat problems your windows are the first thing to check.

Plumbing Backup
Flooding
Broken Pipes and Leaks
No heat or hot water
No Water
Multiple Lights Out in Stairwell
No Lights in Bedroom, Kitchen or Bathroom
No Electricity
Electrical Sparks or Exposed Wires
Locked Out, Lost Keys or Key-Card Problem
Unable to Lock Doors or First Floor Window
Hanging Ceiling Tiles
Broken Windows
Pest Control
Elevator Problems
Any bodily fluids such as blood, feces or vomit
Missing or Broken Beds

For emergencies contact 2-9585 from 8:30 a.m to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. and on weekends, contact your RA on Duty.

If your request is not an emergency, please enter a Work Request using the link above.

Emergencies are usually addressed that day.  However, if you receive no response by the end of the next day, contact the Quad Office for more information.

 

After 7PM or on weekends, please call the RA on Duty at the college office.
