CRAFT CENTER - REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

REGISTRATION continues until classes fill or start of class, which ever happens first. Class size is limited so register early to guarantee your spot! Registered participants will be notified of cancellations or schedule change.

PAYMENT is due upon registration, before attending class. Complete a separate registration form and a write a separate check for each class/person.
We accept cash, check, or money order.
Make checks payable to SBU CRAFT CENTER.

FEES: Current photo ID required for discount rate.

PAYMENT KEY: S=Stony Brook Student fee; F/S=SB Faculty/Staff fee; CM=Community Member fee.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund up until 4 days prior to the first class. Full refund for cancelled courses by the Craft Center.
