IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Applications will be accepted until 5:00PM on July 15, 2009

• Acceptance to be a Welcome Wagon volunteer is based on a first come basis and all minimum requirements being met. A maximum of 250 applications will be accepted and notification of acceptance will be sent on August by August 3, 2009 via email.

• All volunteers will be contacted via e-mail with approval of application, training day details, and assignment information.

• You must check in to your Residence Hall by 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2009.

• Volunteers will be assigned to assist in H-Quad, Kelly Quad, Mendelsohn Quad, Roosevelt Quad, Tabler Quad, or Roth Quad.

• Volunteers may be assigned to Quads and/or Residence Halls different from their own.

• Since Mendelsohn Quad will be under renovation this summer those students who reside there will be ineligible to volunteer this fall because early access may not be possible.
