EXECUTIVE BOARD

NRHH has a full body, elected executive board that consists of a president, vice-president, secretary/recording treasurer, OTM coordinator, Community Service Coordinator, as well as a Public Relations coordinator. Becoming an executive board member of the Gina M. Vanacore Chapter of  NRHH shows that you are not only hard working and dedicated, but also that other people recognize and trust your leadership ability. Executive board members are responsible for ensuring that the mission statement is upheld by all members of the organization, creating new and innovative ways to reach the organization’s goals, and providing structure and guidance for the members. A new e-board is elected annually for the upcoming year. The following positions are available in NRHH:

President:
The president serves as the primary liaison to the regional and national NRHH officers. He/she appoints, removes and/or oversees committee chairs.  The president also represents the chapter at regional and national boardroom meetings. This position entails the dual responsibility of representing NRHH as well as serving on the RHA executive board.

Vice-President:
The VP is responsible for presiding over General Body meetings as well as coordinating the constitutional revision process, the selection process and chairing the Selection Committee. Additionally, the vice-president meets bi-weekly with the NRHH advisor(s) and will act in the capacity of the President in his/her absence.

Secretary/Recording treasurer:
The secretary/recording treasurer is responsible for maintaining all NRHH correspondences, taking attendance and keeping minutes at all E-board and General Body meetings, and making these documents available to all members and advisors. Developing and maintaining the NRHH budget is another major responsibility assigned to this position. Additionally, the secretary/recording treasurer meets bi-weekly with the NRHH advisors(s). The maintenance of NRHH’s Blackboard account will also be monitored by the person who holds this position.

OTM Coordinator:
The OTM Coordinator's main responsibility is to oversee the nomination process for NRHH's Of-the-Month leadership recognition.  He or she will also serve as the chairperson for the OTM committee, and is responsible for submitting the winning nominations on the regional level.  The coordinator serves as the liaison between our campus NRHH chapter and the regional/national chapter offices.

Recognitions Coordinator:
The Community Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for creating a framework of community service initiatives that embody the pillars of NRHH. He/she will serve as the chair of the community service committee. This committee will function to bring the aforementioned initiatives to reality. Additionally, the CSC meets bi-weekly with the NRHH advisor(s).

Public Relations:
Additionally, the PR coordinator meets bi-weekly with the NRHH advisor(s). The Public Relations coordinator maintains all publicity responsibilities of the chapter as well as facilitates the relationship between NRHH and other student organizations.
