Locations: The Residential Fitness Centers are located within residence halls across the campus, for convenience and accessibility to all Stony Brook residents. Facilities are open TEMPORARILY Sunday to Friday, 6-12 p.m. and Saturday 2-6 p.m.

The residential fitness centers offer:
- Cybex and Nautilus Circuits
- Stationary Bicycles and Step Machines
- Free Weights and Abdominal Machines
- Supervised Workout Programs
- Aerobics Classes
- Kickboxing Classes
Kickboxing and aerobics classes are small and offered in the evenings by certified, experienced instructors that personalize the class to meet your needs.
The Residential Fitness Centers offer one-on-one personal training. A Certified Personal Trainer is available to work with you during your workout sessions. Simply call ahead to schedule an appointment.
