The West Apartments are eight buildings for a total of 1170 apartments comprised of doubles and singles. West Apartments are located near the academic mall. West Apartments are for undergraduate students of U3 or U4 standing.
Meal Plan: A meal plan is not required for residents of West Apartments.
Housing Policies: Buildings B, H, and I are 24-Hour Quiet. All Buildings are Smoke-Free and Substance-Free upon request.

West I: Apartment-style floor plan composed of Doubles and Singles.
West II: Apartment-style floor plan composed of Doubles and Singles.
West III: Apartment-style floor plan composed of Singles.
There are two types of apartments:
4-bedroom apartments for 6 single undergraduate or Health Science Center students of the same gender to share;
6-bedroom apartments for 6 single undergraduate or Health Science Center students of the same gender to share;
The 4-bedroom apartments consist of two double spaces, two single spaces, living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator and an electric range. These apartments are located in West 1, buildings A, B, C, and D.
The 6-bedroom apartments consist of six single spaces, living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator and an electric range. These apartments are located in
west II, buildings E, F, G, and H.
Singles in West I are 120 sq feet.
Doubles in West I are 161 sq feet.
Singles in West II are 110 sq feet.
Doubles in West II are 161 sq feet.
Singles in West III are 110 sq feet.
Mailroom: Mailboxes are located in the main lobby of each building. All packages can be picked up at Keller Mailroom (216-4150), Located in Keller College.
Parking: Parking is located along the loop around West I and in the lot to the right of West II. Parking is also available in the Residents' Parking lot between West I and Roosevelt Quad.
Dining Facilities: There are no dining facilities provided for the West Apartments. Each Apartment is equipped with a kitchen and dining area. The nearest dining facility is the Kelly Dining Center, located in Kelly Quad.
Computing Center: Located in the Commons, Building E.
Fitness Center: Located in the Commons, Building E.
