Application Process

In order to apply for the RA/GRA position, candidates should complete the following steps:
1. Attend an Information Session
(Not mandatory but STRONGLY ADVISED)

2. Create a Lotus Notes email account
(All communication regarding the RA/GRA position will be sent via Lotus Notes)

3. Get 2 references to complete your Reference Form

4. Complete Online Application and submit a hardcopy with Reference Forms to the Mendelsohn Quad Office by January 10, 2012 at 4:00pm.

5. Attend Your RA/GRA Mixer & Group Process
(Dates, Times, Locations to be sent via Lotus Notes)

6. Attend the RA/GRA Interviews on Sunday, March 4, 2012 in the Student Activities Center
(interview appointments will be sent via Lotus Notes)

Remember: Applications are due on January 10, 2012 by 4pm!!

***Students who will be studying abroad Spring 2012, must submit their applications prior to December 5, 2011.***
