Will the RA compensation affect my financial aid?
Yes. Most types of financial aid are based on calculations associated with the cost of attending the institution (e.g. FAFSA’s Expected Family Contribution). As part of the compensation package, RAs are awarded a full room cost waiver and a partial meal plan cost waiver. This compensation affects the final cost of attending the institution and as such will affect the amount of financial aid awarded. How can I get more information on writing a cover letter and resume?
