Created by Stony Brook University's Department of Campus Recreation, the Outdoor Exercise Guide is a complete directory of the Island's outdoor activities, including hiking, trail running, biking, fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing and surfing. It also includes area maps as well as information on local boardwalks, parks, ferries and lighthouses.
